What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on usp-th.com, and how you can choose whether to accept them.
1. Strictly Necessary and Security Cookies (always on)
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile against spam. Cloudflare may set the cookies below, if set, for security and to make the site work. These cookies are strictly necessary, so they don’t need your consent.

By default, Turnstile does not set a cookie. It issues a one-time token to confirm that the person sending the form is not a bot. Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address and user agent for this purpose.
Visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see overall visit statistics, such as page views, country, referring website, browser and device type. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so it runs without you clicking “Accept” on the banner. See our Privacy Policy for details.
2. Local Storage
When you click “Accept” or “Decline” on the banner, we save your choice in your browser’s localStorage under the key usp_consent_v1 (value granted or denied).
- This is not a cookie. It stays in your browser, isn’t sent with every request the way cookies are, and we don’t receive it.
- It is used only to remember your choice, so the banner doesn’t keep reappearing.
- It stays until you change your choice or clear the site data in your browser.
Cloudflare Turnstile (contact page only, always on): the contact form’s spam protection saves one item, cf.turnstile.u, in your browser’s localStorage under Cloudflare’s challenges.cloudflare.com domain. It is not a cookie and is used only to check that the person sending the form is not a bot, so it is strictly necessary for site security and doesn’t need your consent. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
3. Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics 4), Only If You Accept
Google Analytics is not active on this site yet. If we add it later:
- the Google Analytics script loads only after you click “Accept”, using Consent Mode with every type set to “denied” by default;
- we request analytics only; advertising cookies stay off;
- Google Analytics may then set these cookies:

If you decline or withdraw consent, we don’t load Google Analytics and we try to delete any existing _ga cookies.
Managing Your Choice
- Click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to reopen the banner and change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site, such as the contact form, may not work.
Personal Data
We handle your personal data, including contact-form data, which we keep for 2 years, under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update this policy, for example when we add Google Analytics. The update date will be shown on this page.
