Data We Collect

  • Contact form: name, email, phone, company and message.
  • Recorded automatically with the form: the page you sent it from, your language, and the date and time.
  • Technical data: IP address and device or browser data, used by Cloudflare (including Turnstile anti-spam) for security.
  • Visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics: page view counts and approximate visitor information, such as country, referring website, browser and device type. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
  • Usage statistics from Google Analytics: only if you click “Accept” on cookies.

We need the form details to reply. If you don’t provide them, we can’t get back to you.

  • Replying to your enquiry: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (s.24(3), Thai PDPA), or our legitimate interest (s.24(5)). The form checkbox confirms you have read this policy.
  • Spam prevention and site security: legitimate interest (s.24(5)).
  • Overall visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, to run and improve the site: legitimate interest (s.24(5)). We look only at aggregate figures and don’t use them to identify you.
  • Website statistics through Google Analytics: your consent (s.19), which you can withdraw at any time.

We don’t use your data for marketing and never sell it.

Cookies: we use cookies that are needed for the site to work and stay secure. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies, so it runs without you clicking “Accept” on the banner. Google Analytics cookies run only if you click “Accept” on the banner. You can change or withdraw your choice any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Google Analytics is not active on the site yet. Fonts are hosted on our own servers.

Retention

We keep form data for 2 years from the date you send it, then delete it. Google Analytics is not active on the site yet. If we turn it on, we will state how long analytics data is kept on this page before we start.

Third-Party Processors

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting (Workers), email forwarding (Email Routing), spam protection (Turnstile) and visit statistics (Web Analytics).
  • Google LLC: email (Gmail), data storage (Google Sheets and Apps Script) and analytics (Google Analytics).

These providers process data on our instructions and under their agreements with us. We don’t disclose your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Transfers Abroad

Cloudflare and Google servers may be located outside Thailand, for example in the USA. We transfer data abroad only as needed to answer your request, relying on the protections in our providers’ agreements, under ss.28–29 of the PDPA.

Your Rights

Subject to the law, you may:

  • access and get a copy of your data;
  • receive your data or have it transferred;
  • object to processing;
  • ask us to delete or destroy your data;
  • ask us to restrict its use;
  • ask us to correct it;
  • withdraw consent (for example, to analytics cookies) at any time;
  • complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (www.pdpc.or.th).

We reply to requests within 30 days.
